The course is proactive in that we teach children strategies they can take with them throughout their lives, to better cope with whatever challenges they may face. Each lesson has a theme, so for example “My Feelings” and here the child will find a video where they can learn to understand why they feel the way they do, with strategies given to help them overcome whatever their challenge is. Every lesson includes a task that the child can easily do and this will help them to really take note of what it is they’ve learnt and have something to use in case they face a similar problem in the future.

This lesson looks at self-esteem and why we feel different depending on whether we have high or low self-esteem. "How you feel about yourself is up to you. You can change anything you want to, and it is your decision and your decision alone."
This lesson teaches children that thoughts are simply that, your thoughts. They are not facts; they are not what will happen, and they do not need to become you.
This lesson shows children how we can change how we feel. Here we teach children that when we are faced with an issue or a problem, we need to accept the situation, take a step back and know that it is okay to feel the way we do but know that we can change how we feel.
This lesson teaches children how we can programme our minds to be geared for success rather than failure.
This lesson helps children to understand that in recognising that our thoughts are our own, that we have power over them, we can work on not being a slave to our thoughts or being controlled by them.
This lesson guides children to understand that there is no reason to compare themselves to others because "I am me and I am enough." In this lesson, children draw a picture of what their future will look like.
