All Gateway online courses are purchased here https://book.gatewayworkshops.co.uk/collections If you purchased online courses within the last 24 hours, your assigned tutor(s) will email you the next business day.
Your tutor(s) email will include information about your course purchase, including your login details for any other Gateway online course(s) you purchased.
Please note that Gateway Online Courses are delivered on two different learning platforms. Some Gateway courses are hosted on this learning platform: https://learn.gatewayworkshops.co.uk/ and you will have instant access to courses hosted on this plaform. If you are missing a course, it may be because it is hosted with another tutor on a different platform, here: https://gatewayworkshops.thelearnpad.com/ For courses hosted on this platform, your course tutors will email you directly the next business day after purchase with your required information.

Gateway tutors and our admin team will answer your questions Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm GMT. If you have waited longer than 24 hours after purchase during these times, please check your inbox, junk folder, spam folder, promotions folder and bin. Thank you

Please note that each of our gateway websites requires independent logins. We recommend each student practice using strong, secure and unique passwords for each site.
